The Barbershop A Hair Salon For Men: Exceptional Haircuts and Personalized Service in Madison

Been coming here for years as I work next door. It's great. Comfortable ambience, good haircuts and skilled barbers. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new haircut place in dane county. My coworkers all come here too and we all love it.

Went in with my daughter for each of us to get a cut. Just a trim for her and a cut for me. My cut was done by Kathleen and was perfect and she was very sweet. But looking at my daughters hair just now and it is way crooked. I understand this is a mens barber shop but they should have just said they couldnt do it. This for 35 dollars for that is a bit insane to me. I was happy to pay 35 for my cut though

Tia did a great job! My son has very thick hair that grows upward & the texture is quite rough. It has a wave/curl texture that you cannot really see based on how it grows out. We showed her a few photos of what he wanted & she took her time to examine his hair & texture. She started with buzzing all around the requested area, keeping it at midpoint as requested. She then started to spray but after picking at it she completely wet his entire hair to see the actual form on the top! This was thinking outside of the box & an extra step we appreciate bc his hair has always been cut dry or sprayed and at the end the top was always cut too short. With this cut and careful texturing/blending all around it gave him the slick back look that he was hoping for! This cut complimented the way his wave/curl grows & it definitely gave him a more Stylish, age appropriate look!

First time customer after just moving to Madison! Had a fabulous experience. Courteous staff, knowledgeable(was able to discern what i wanted from my rambling), and extremely efficient! Great price for the services provided along with a calm and clean atmosphere. Will be a customer from here on.

I like coming here and although the haircuts are a little pricey, I feel like they are getting expensive wherever you go for men. I always book with Temarcus as he does a great job. Always a consistent service too which is nice. I would recommend!
